On the 26th of January, the 6th Humanistic Sciences threw a party. All the money will go straight to helping out the kids and people in Romania when we’re going there on the 23rd of April. After weeks of preparation, a whole lot of sponsoring, selling tickets to our friends and co-pupils and now and then a bit of worrying and stressing, we can now say that it was quite a success. We worked hard and did our best to make it happen. In all honesty, we were just a bit worried about how it would go. When the day finally came though, we were blessed with a whole bunch of people signalling their arrival last-minute.

It was a blast to have all these people come to our party. It was fantastic to see the old pupils who graduated from OLVO and it was also amazing to have some of the 5th year pupils at our party--next year it’ll be their turn after all.

First of all, we’d like to immensely thank the DJ’s: DJ GOOSE, T-Racks, Mortiblush and DJ Sensei. We’d also love to thank the sponsors, including everybody who donated anything other than money, for example, drinks and snacks. They helped us out immensely. We can’t forget to thank the photographer for capturing some fantastic shots during the party. Also a shout-out to every other single person that helped made this party possible. It would take me too long to thank each one of you individually, but know that we all greatly appreciated your help and support to make this happen!
Before the party we also hosted a cava-evening. This was for the parents, grand-parents and sponsors. We’d like to thank Fienly and Birgit for performing at this event to entertain our guests, and of course the lovely who paid us a visit to have some cava.

We made some great profit from this party and we’re very happy that we brought this to a good end. Of course, thank you to everybody who came for the beer, music or whichever (obviously amazing) reason. The money will be put to good use and we hope that you all had a fantastic night with us.
